Here are 5 energy foods that you can eat throughout the day.  These are good alternatives to the unhealthy foods in the break room and vending machines.  

Pretzels
Both hard and soft pretzels will give you the carbs for the day and are low in fat.  Even the salt in the pretzels will help you retain the fluids you drink.

Bagels
Easy to eat that gives you muscle-fueling carbs to get you through the day.  Look for whole grain Bagels to get your fiber.  

Almonds
Packed with Vitamin E. Almonds also give you important minerals to keep you going. They are high in fat, but the fat is monounsaturated, which are the "good" fats that you need.  

Blueberries
Excellent source of Vitamin C, fiber for digestion, and antioxidants to fend off free radicals

Raisins
Has plenty of potassium and some iron. 

It is also high in fiber to keep you full longer   These are good foods to bring with you to work and leave in your cubicle to snack on and give energy throughout the day.
